Aaloo Batani Fry Curry – Indian Recipe

Introduction:

It is the combination of potato, green peas and Indian spices majorly. It is taken majorly by rotis or chapathis.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Potato Pieces
  • 1 cup of Green Chili
  • 1 cup of Onions
  • 1 Cup of Boiled Green peas
  • 1 Tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • Sufficient salt
  • Some turmeric powder
  • Some Coriander Leaves
  • Popu Dinusulu
  • 2 Curry Leaves
  • Sufficient Oil

Procedure:

  • Heat the Sufficient Oil in Pan

  • For tempering add popu dinusulu

  • Now Fry green chili and onions in low flame

  • After changing into brown color, add curry leaves and Ginger – garlic paste, fry it in low flame

  • Now add some turmeric and mix it properly

  • Now add potato pieces and fry it for 10 min

  • Nearly after 10 min now add boiled green peas and salt, mix it properly, then allow for 10 min in low flame

  • Now add corainder leaves and mix it properly

  • Allow for 1 or 2 mins

  • Hot Aaloo batani Fry curry is ready for serving
