Initially cut the tale parts of fenu greek leaves. Clean it in the water. Then try to lift the leaves from the water and separate it. You can just see the dust. Now cut them into small pieces.
Ingredients required for FenuGreek Tomato Curry:
- Sufficient salt
- Sufficient mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- One Tsp of turmeric powder
- Sufficient oil
- One cup of tomatoes
- One onion
- Seven green chili
- One full cup of Fenugreek leaves
- One Tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
Steps for Fenu Greek Tomato Curry:
Initially heat the pan, put the stove in high flame and once the stove is heated add the sufficient oil.
Once the oil is heated, put the stove in low flame, add sufficient mustard and cumin seeds, allow them to pop up nicely.
Once they are popped up nicely, add green chili and onions, allow them for one minute so that they change into the color of brownish white which is the indication of good fry.
After completion of one minute, once the onions and green chili become soft, add sufficient turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste, mix them properly so that every thing is evenly distributed. Once again allow for one more minute. (The reason why we are adding the turmeric powder is simply because it just kills bacteria if there are any).
After completion of one minute add fenugreek leaves and sufficient salt, mix it thoroughly so that every thing should become oily and integrate with each other nicely. Now allow for 2 or 3 minutes in low or medium flame.
After completion of 3 minutes put the stove in low flame, add tomatoes and mix it properly for minimum 30 seconds so that it should become oily. Now once again allow for minimum 5 minutes in low flame.
In between like after completion of 2 or 3 minutes, once again mix it properly and allow for remaining period of time.
Finally after completion of 2 or 3 minutes the curry gets into the shape and we can see everything just comes close to each other, a hot and delicious fenugreek tomato curry gets ready for serving, specially chapathis and rotis.
