Simple Chicken Fry……. !!!!


  1.  1/2 kg Chicken
  2. 1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder
  3. 3 spoons of coconut powder
  4. 1 Tsp of coriander powder
  5. 4 Green chilli
  6. Sufficient Poodina Leaves
  7. 2 Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  9. Sufficiet salt
  10. 3 Tsp of Red chilli powder
  11. Finely Chopped onions
  12. Sufficient curry leaves
  13. Sufficient oil


  • Marinating Chicken – Add 2 Tsp of Red Chilli Powder, Sufficient salt, Drops of Oil, Half Tsp of Turmeric Powder, One Tsp of Ginger garlic paste – Mix the chicken nicely for one or two minutes and allow to marinate for atleast 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Initially heat the pan, add some oil, poodina, green chili, curry leaves, and onions. Saute them nicely.

  • Add coconut powder, ginger garlic paste, and turmeric. Once again saute them nicely.

  • Now add marinated chicken, mix with ingredients nicely, then allow for 5 to 6 minutes in medium flame.

  • In middle of cooking just comfort the chicken for 30 seconds , then allow for remaining period of time.

  • So after completion of 5 or 6 minutes, if you are looking for more spicy, just add 1 Tsp of red chili, and some salt. Now allow for 3 more minutes in low flame.

  • Add coriander powder, mix it evenly, allowing for final 3 minutes in low flame.

  • That’s it add coriander leaves, a simple chicken fry is ready to serve.
